PBC Maverick
Terms of Use

Institutional service
PBC Maverick is an institutional application provided by Providence Baptist College. By using it, you agree to these terms and applicable College policies. Access is limited to authorized users with College-issued accounts; accounts are created, managed, suspended, and closed by the College outside the app.
Acceptable use
Use PBC Maverick only for authorized educational and campus purposes. Keep credentials confidential, provide accurate information, respect others' privacy, and do not attempt to bypass access controls, inspect another person's records without authorization, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or misuse notifications.
Records and decisions
PBC Maverick may display or collect institutional records, but the app does not replace official College policies, notices, or authorized staff decisions. Report information you believe is incorrect. The College may preserve academic, attendance, enrollment, financial, application, security, audit, communication, and legally required records according to its obligations.
Notifications and updates
Push notifications are optional and may be disabled in app or device settings. Notification previews are not the authoritative record; sign in to view current information. The native app may receive signed, compatible updates to its bundled HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and related web assets. Material native capabilities and changes remain subject to app-store release processes.
Availability and changes
The College may maintain, change, suspend, or end features and access. We work to provide reliable and secure service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
No purchases or advertising
PBC Maverick version 1 contains no advertising or in-app purchases. Access to the app does not itself create a purchase or separate enrollment agreement.
Ending use and data requests
You may log out and remove local app access from a device. You may also submit an account or data request. A request does not automatically delete a College-issued account or institutionally required records.
